The two-year Passage to Missions Certificate Course is a pre-field training program for missionaries as well as an introductory course for church leaders who will promote missions in churches. The course combines training in being, doing and knowing through lectures, small groups, camp meetings, practical training and pastoral care.

Short Term Mission Teams

Every year, Jubilee Ministries sends out several short-term mission teams with participants of different ages to various countries to help in grassroots ministries. Through these trips, Christians learn about the needs of mission fields so that their heart for missions is fired up.

Promote Grassroots Ministries Abroad

Jubilee Ministries has concern for poor people the world over. We have promoted grassroots ministries in northern Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, North America, and Europe. We helped organize the Worldwide Grassroots Evangelism Conference, and we helped in setting up a Theological Training College for Grassroots Ministry in Malaysia.

The Asian Association for Theological Training for Grassroots Ministry liaises with numerous Christian grassroots ministries and training institutions in various regions in Asia. Member organizations of the Association visit each other and exchange teachers and interns to learn through practical ministry. Please visit our website at www.athag.org.

China Ministry

In 2000, Jubilee Ministries set up Jubilee Hubei Ltd. to support the educational and living needs of orphans in Hubei, China. In 2005, this organization was renamed Jubilee Cares Ltd., and our work has extended to the Gansu and Henan provinces. Jubilee Cares has supported about 800 orphans.

The Orphan Sponsorship Program, which helps orphans go back to school.

A foundation was started to extend emergency assistance to sick and destitute orphans.

Visiting teams are organized on a regular basis to take provisions to orphans and to organize activities for them.

Assistance is also given to impoverished primary schools to build up their libraries, so that children living in peasant villages can read more.

Chicks and lambs are given to orphans to rear, so as to improve their livelihood.
